Hudson plugin 1.0.4 for Eclipse

It’s been some time since the last update, but now I finally got around to do some updates for my Hudson plugin for Eclipse. A couple of new features have been added:

  • Name filtering
  • Support for Hudson views

Other than that, some smaller bugs have been fixed, and the quite annoying error dialog when Hudson can’t be reached doesn’t appear anymore unless configured to do so.

The new version, 1.0.4, can be downloaded at http://code.google.com/p/hudson-eclipse/. Comments and suggestions are welcome. Patches are even more welcome.

Hi, congratulations on the new release – it sounds really good! Sadly I’m still getting the error about White spaces in PublicID and SystemID with the latest release. Is there a support forum where I can ask about this? I’d rather not open an issue if it’s a configuration problem on my Hudson server! Thanks in advance, Rich

thanks for the new release!

How can I update the views filter? Seems that the plug-in does not show the new contents of a Hudson view? When selecting a view filter in your plug-in, then some views show all entries, but some other views show no entries at all (Hudson shows the views correctly). Is this a Hudson remote API bug or a bug in your plug-in?

Hi,
I use the Hudson eclipse plugin and I would like to have a button in the configuration page, for automatic discovery of Hudson servers running on the local intranet. I already have some code, that searches for hudson servers, that I would like to contribute to the project.

Is there a mailing list associated with this project? because I was not able to find one.

Unfortunately, there is no mailing list at the moment, but if you have a patch, please create an issue at http://code.google.com/p/hudson-eclipse/issues/list and attach the patch.
